Cheaper & Safer than Scaffolding

See what you’re looking for - safely & easily.

The construction industry is one of the top two industries in New Zealand for drone usage. In the years we’ve been operating it’s easy to see why.

Gain roof access or carry out defect checking without costly and time consuming scaffolding. Check elevations and views before the structure is built. Cover large areas of land and capture unique perspectives with ease. We’ve used our drones for all of these uses, and more, within the local construction industry.

See some examples below as well as more information about Pricing & Availability.

It’s time to stand out

A few considerations

Best done with experience and by the book.

Drone operations, even in controlled environments, should be handled by a certified professional who can operating within the rules and regulations in New Zealand.

Not only that, but our experience in carrying out roof inspections, defect checking at height and seeing areas that can’t be seen from the ground means you know you’ll get the best results we can deliver.

Even still, it’s not always plain sailing. To operate safely we’ll need to maintain visual line of site of the drone at all time. In favourable conditions we can normally fly within 0.5-1m of a building or static obstacle to get a good look at it. You can either look at a screen to see what the camera sees or we can record a 4K video of the subject and ‘zoom in’ in post production to get even closer.

Elevation or view checking is carried out using the internal barometer on the drone and is typically accurate to within +-0.5m, according to the manufacturers specifications.

We’re professional, fully insured and easy to work with

Our drones and skill set are geared towards inspecting and providing a snapshot of objects from certain altitude - either in photo or video form. Our equipment and experience is not focused on detailed surveying or where extreme levels or accuracy are required.

With plenty of experience working in a number of environments across New Zealand we’re comfortable in any space. So whether it’s commercial, residential, a school, a bar, interior or exterior, we can capture it at its best.

We’re not your typical photographers, however. We come with all our own health and safety gear as well as risk assessments and liability insurance to satisfy any Site Safety Manager.

We take care of any aerial flight permissions for drone photos and are CAA certified to operate near airfields. Our liability insurance means you can rest easy that we’re covered should an unlikely incident occur.
