It’s ok to show off a little

Demonstrate the results of your hard work - don’t forget it.

They say that if a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, did it really make a noise? We see the same thing in construction. If a builder played a role in creating an amazing finished project, but doesn’t capture that involvement, did he really do it?

How many times have you been sitting with a potential new client and said “We’ve done something like this before…” and you can’t find the images. You’ve potentially just lost a job.

It’s amazing how useful capturing a simple set of completed project photos or a walk through video can be for you and your business. We all remember the tricky parts of the job, the poor site access, the micro-managing client - but you can be proud to showcase your quality of work with equally quality photos. Add these to your website, post them on social media, use them for award entries and importantly draw in and impress potential new clients.

A few considerations

How you see it, is how it looks

This is the nice way of saying to make sure you take the necessary steps to prepare your site for photography prior to our arrival on site. Sure, we may wish to move a couple things around using our creative eye, but we’re not cleaners. If the site or location does not look as you’d like it to be captured then it’s best to spend time getting there before we arrive. Ultimately this will save you money and more likely result in a smooth, efficient shoot.

Further to this, our style is not to spend hours “photoshoping out” unsightly or unwanted objects. We pride ourselves on handling all our processes locally, so often it is not worth the time required to carry out this lengthy process to our high standards. Best that the object is removed prior or we capture the shot in another way. We’ll judge this upon arrival and aim to work through whatever obstacles present themselves.

Each shoot will start with a site walk around to give you the chance to reiterate your objectives and identify any issues we couldn’t tackle prior to arriving.

We’re professional, fully insured and easy to work with

With plenty of experience working in a number of environments across New Zealand we’re comfortable in any space. So whether it’s commercial, residential, a school, a bar, interior or exterior, we can capture it at its best.

We’re not your typical photographers, however. We come with all our own health and safety gear as well as risk assessments and liability insurance to satisfy any Site Safety Manager.

We take care of any aerial flight permissions for drone photos and are CAA certified to operate near airfields. Our liability insurance means you can rest easy that we’re covered should an unlikely incident occur.

Depending on the size of the site, and if we’re capturing video as well as photography, we’ll normally be on site for anywhere between 1 - 3 hours. More often than not you’ll receive your professionally edited photos within 72 hours via online transfer.

Pricing & Availability

Our pricing is transparent, scaleable and we offer discounts for ongoing or multiple projects. Much like your construction project, pricing depends on a number of factors so it’s best to give us a call or drop us a quick email to discuss your requirements. We’ll then have a quote ready for you either over the phone or in a matter of minutes.

Due to the nature of our work, and everyone wanting a nice sunny day, our availability can be changeable. Best to give us as much notice as possible and we’ll do everything we can to meet your timings.
